Linked from digg, which I've been warming up to lately.

del.icio.us is recommended; I got sick of trying to maintain bookmarks on multiple machines - for me the 'social' aspect of it is secondary. flickr is also fun. other than that I haven't really looked at any of the other services in any depth...
A sidenote - even though wikipedia has been getting a lot of bad press lately, I still think it's an incredibly valuable resource and belongs on any "web 2.0" list since it was doing the whole peer production / collaboration thing before most of these startups were even conceived. And to think there's a class action lawsuit being filed against them...
